When will I get my order?

Orders may take approximately 5-14 business days to process and ship at the close of a campaign (excluding weekends and holidays). Transit times once shipped will vary depending on your local postal service.

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number.

Returns

We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the reason for the return is the fault of Kulture Elevation (the wrong item sent).
